Local racer Alex Winter (Team California) lowers the prior record set by professional racer Benjamin Jacques-Maynes by almost one full second.  The prior record was 4:41.61 set in 2007.  The new record ride by Alex covered 4K in an official time of 4:40.63.

Thanks to all the volunteers, the track supervisor and our officials (Matt Martinez and Eve Ben-Ora) for coming together to make this happen.
