All participants using the Hellyer County Park Velodrome are REQUIRED to complete and sign a COMBINED Waiver which includes:
- Northern California Velodrome Association waiver
- Santa Clara County waiver
- COVID-19 waiver
- Rider Code of Conduct waiver
IMPORTANT!
Waivers must be filled out prior to riding the track. Waivers are valid through the end of the calendar year. Each rider is required to fill out a waiver prior to riding the track if it is their first time at the track that year.

Minors (17 and under)
- Each Minor must have a parent or legal guardian sign a Junior COMBINED Waiver.
- Approved Minors are marked in BOLD in the Completed Signed Waiver List (below).
- If a group of Minors (3+) would like to attend the track, the group’s organizer must contact info@hellyervelodrome.com for a streamlined group authorization procedure.
